Curriculum

Instruction consists of lecture, interactive workshops, small group discussion, assigned reading, and presentations. 

Prior to Leadership Boot Camp, participants will complete a personal leadership assessment to identify existing skills and opportunities for growth. Assessments also will serve as a starting point for discussions about communication styles, collaborative team building, and cultivating loyalty and influence. 

In addition to classroom learning, participants are required to complete an individual project and may be required to participate in webinars, conference calls, or other distance-learning activities.

Participants may earn accredited CME for TMALC. Additional CME opportunities are available at related TMA conferences.
